i removed mine and put an aftermarket rising rate FPR on which could be an easier option
I have an old 1ggte gen 3. About 6 months ago the FPR died and 1 of the blokes in the club was kind enough to help me out with a secondhand unit he had laying around. Unfortunately this unit has died as well! So I was wondering if there is a bolty bolty unit available to suit. The bloke from the local parts shop had a look at it and recons it's probably a Bosh unit and says if I can get a part number he can probably get me one.
Any help I can get with this would be great!

I think.
You might like to go have a play on toydiy. It's very useful
Thanx mate, is that a bosh number?
No, Toyota part. Not sure if Bosch could translate for you. Let us know how you go.
Have a look here.

Did you get any noticeable increase in performance, I ask because the original units run super rich, i am thinking if you lean it out a little, you should get better performance.
i run a turbosmart rising rate reg with my big single on 1g, works awesome, reasonably priced. but if she's stock just go a wrecker or cheap bosche
