Default 1jz and 2jz Torque Converte difference?

    Hi,

I am putting a A340E from a 1jz-gte behind a 2jz-gte, as it has the Shift kit and other mods on it that I'd like to have.

I've got either the choice of running the 1jz torque converter or the 2jz one ... I know my 1jz one is in good condition so I was thinking I should use it behind the 2jz.

What sort of difference would it make in the way the car drives and puts the power down? Would it be better to use the 2jz-gte Converter, or not really?

    Thanks.

Cant run the 2jzgte convertor in a 1jzgte a340e the convertor is physically too big.
I would think that if you run the 1jzgte a340 convertor behind a 2jzgte it will act like a small high stall convertor due to the increased torque output of the 2jz.
