    400 to 500 bucks jebus!

I got a good deal then, especially considering they were from a low mileage engine, I am pretty sure I saw some go for a few hundred here not long ago, lucky I didnt offer my spare set!

Since this has been re-hashed, whats the best way to get at the: Three dump bolts and turbo bolts underneith? In a JZA70. Havent had a crack at it yet but thats the part I'm up too. Might get onto it tomorrow (hopefully) other wise sunday or worst case next week end!

Tricks, tips, advice and/or tool suggestions?

I am in the process of removing these fucking things from my brothers car (he is doing, I am assisting) and I never realised how fucking hard it is to do this without a good selection of tools

I miss the ratchet spanners, 3/4 drive sockets, etc etc etc

3/8th socket set was my friend for getting them off - plus lots of extension, universals, etc etc.

I have taken my front turbo off while in the car. Nothing super hard, just super irritating and time consuming. Make sure you have good tools as half the nuts were on the verge of stripping. Soak in Inox overnight. The rear one looked even harder to get off.

Ditto. Front turbo off in the car. The last time it had to be done took about an hour to remove, and about 1.5 hours to put back in - this is from drive in to drive out, and without removing the exhaust housing off the manifolds.

I have taken the front turbo on and off without the exhaust housing about 6 times now (don't ask).. I can get it off and back on in about 45min now I have done it so many times. Taking the whole thing off with the exhaust housing too is a much, much harder job.
