A341e differences?

Hey all, I just wanted to know if a valve body out of an Aristo a341e would fit a JZX90 MarkII a341e?
I am considering buying a 2nd hand MV valve body with 1.5 skift kit, it's out of an Aristo, willl it work in my MarkII?

Also, I am installing a transmision cooler, should I continue to run it through the existing cooler (in the radiator), then through the new cooler.
Or should I just bypass the existing.
Assuming that the temp in the radiator increases faster than the transmision fluid, it will bring the transmision fluid up to operating temp faster.
