You can fit a LSD. What is the end cover made of? Is it aluminium or a pressed steel black cover? Do you have the drive shafts to go with the Gearbox? I think all you need it the left pot joint out of LSD to convert it if you dont find a LSD that suits a non LSD car. I bought a used Cusco off Ebay last year.

You might want to have you gearbox pulled down to check the condition. I have a couple pulled apart until I found one worth rebuilding. If you want to change the diff ratio, you can use the final drive gears out of a Rav4. I used the ones out of a 2az engined one and they were 4.5:1. Which is a similar ratio to a silvertop ae101. Also you can find 4.9:1 out of earlier Rav4's .

kaaz/cusco/TRD mechanical diffs all use the "non LSD" driveshafts.

Quaife also make a very nice torque biasing diff too. No nasty lock up with those ones.

depends on the application. for a street car a torsen is definitely the way to go, but for track work i wouldnt consider using anything less than a clutchpack diff.
