Default Will RT132 lower control arms fit into TA22

    Hi everyone
I had someone with a trailer push me up onto a gutter this morning. now i have approximately 3 1/2 degrees positive camber, where it used to be 1 degree positive. I measured that with camber gauge.

I have a set of RT132 lower arms with new ball joints fitted will these fit a TA22. Without to many problems, besides possible increase in negative camber.

The Celica has previously been lowered 1 1/2 inches, if that affects anything.

    Thanks in advance.

RT132 arms are exactly the same as XT130 arms.

The AE86, AE71 and KE70 corolla owners use these as an upgrade to their arms, as they provide an extra 10 or 20mm track (can't remember if it's 10mm per side or 10mm total).

I have no doubt they will fit, as they both have the same inner control arm bush listed (SPF509K - superpro number) and both use the old BJ145 balljoint, however you may gain extra track, increasing negative camber, and the hole for the swaybar link may not be in the correct location, you may either have to drill a new one or have your swaybar links on a slight angle.

Also make sure your stub axle isn't bent. I have replaced 'bent' control arms before for similar problems and the issue has been a bent stub axle. That said if you have them lying around then throw them in and see how it sits after

    Javal. thanks for reply.
You were right, in saying possible bent stub axle. My mechanic measured both control arms in car and both within 0.5mm of each other.
Hence he said bent stub axle, when he checked wheel alignment on his ma chine showed 1.5 degrees positive camber on passenger side with 0.75 degree negative drivers side so I decided to claim on insurance since also mag rim is also bent damaged and tyre side wall damaged.
