supra 1jz single turbo conversion

hi everyone need to ask a couple of questions if anyone can help.
i have a supra mk4 and i have converted it to a 1jzgte well i converted it a while ago which willbo help out a lot on the wiring.
since then i had taken the engine back out and decided to single turbo the 1jz as the twin turbos had failed oil leakes.
i also picked up a aftermarket intake manifold with a 90mm throttle body.
But my problem is the iac valve and the tps sensor on the throttle body and intake manifold.
i have the same shape flange on the intake manifold as the iac valve but theres no rim for the rubber and filter thing from out the old intake manifold that sits under the iac valve but it would go on without the rubber and filter.

The tps is just where to find one to fit the universal throttle body.

I have an aftermarket intake on my 1j and mine is underneath. Had the same problem. Had to grind out
the inside and grind a recess into it so the rubber valve would fit. If its not ground down the Iscv does not
sit flush and will leak like crazy.

as for the TB, I used parts from the original TB to fab up mounting for the TPS. The part the tps bolts to and the key inside were required. Also make sure the TB turns the right way as mine was backwards from the factory and had to remove the butterfly and switch the angle so it would turn the TPS the correct way. Hope that helps

do you think if i made a flange that would sit in between the iac valve and the manifold with a hole ground out
for the rubber and filter.

Or would the small hole that is already on the manifold be to small to work it propley. because the engines is back in
now and to take the intake manifold off the engine i would need to be lifted again. so i thought if the plate inbetween would work
i could get under to bolt it up.
