[Need help] identify 5VZ-FE donor/find wiring diagram

I'm stuck with wiring a 5VZ-FE transplant
It's very old and in poor condition, so even ECU has no sticker with p/n (89661-something)
ECU pin configuration is 34-22-16-28
I thought it could be off some LC90, but all landcruiser diagrams I have show a 12V MAF unit with +B at pin 1 of MAF connector

However in this loom, all MAF wires come to some ECU pin, and MAF pin 3 receives +5V. Which indicates it's a 5V powered unit.
Any thoughts?

Sorry hadn't seen the thread plus being away with work a fair bit in the last month with desperately slow internet makes for some reason looking at this forum let alone making posts difficult. Sounds like V6 Surf/4runner. Post up a pic of the engine or confirm if it is from a FWD or RWD (both while they share the same engine code, crank and pistons are completely different engines). If it is RWD I have factory wiring diagrams for both manual and auto

p/s it's one of our light truck conversions, I never post about them cause they are straightforward. Put engine, let go.
