    Default 4age 16v exhuast flange

    Hi,

I am trying to locate one of these in AUS. Can anyone provide me with a link? Its for a turbo manifold to suit 4age 16v.

Id prefer not to pay $50 shipping for this one...

They was $27 + $50 US for that one through SV3.

I think Harreh is looking for one though...

I have the CAD files for a 16V / 20V compatible exhaust flange.

IIRC, Australian Waterjet Cutting quoted about $25-30 for this to be cut.

AWC is located in Brendale, QLD (2.5hrs from me). I usually just email them the CAD files, get a quote, pay for it (credit card over phone or direct deposit), then post the materials in an express pack along with a return express pack for return shipping (5KG express bags for big stuff!). You can also get them to supply the materials if it's common (like mild steel). Minimum order with them is $40.

For NSW (Smithfield or Carrington), you could hit up Precision Oxycut, they've done plenty of work for the Robot Combat Community.

If someone is going to make some then I would be after one (or 2) for a 16Vbp. Needed to rough out some extractors for a non Toyota engine bay rwd install.
I am on the Sunny coast but get to Northside Brisbane every couple of months.

Well my local exhuast shop has offered to cut one for me for $50 in 10mm mild steel. Too easy.

Thanks all for your help. Turns out the SV3 ones take several weeks and are not an off the shelf item...

I am going to get some cut in the next 2 weeks out of 12mm steel plate. Also of note even though it's drilled for it I don't think that would fit on a 20V because it would not clear the plate/outlet at the end of the head.

I am not a regular here but SV3Power is my gig. I found this post and figured I should reply.

old_mr2, is your name Damien? I rec'd a question from Australia about shipping costs last month, but the person did not indicate what part they were interested in purchasing. I asked for clarification so that I could give them an accurate figure, and never got a reply. Certainly it does not cost $50 to ship that flange. I can send it to Australia via USPS Priority Mail for about $19 USD. The website will charge more, and then I just issue a refund in the appropriate amount. This is about the only way I can do it since I am unable to control every aspect of the shipping algorithm.

To address the fitment issue, I have since had the flange redesigned to clear the water outlet. There is one at my desk so I took a quick and crude photo (attached) to illustrate the difference between the first design shown on the website and the product I am currently shipping.

These components like flanges and hardware are ready to ship any time. It's only for the built-up parts like downpipes and muffler systems that I need time to assemble and weld up.

I am sorry if there was any confusion over this. It would have been nice if the person who sent the inquiry would have mentioned which product they wanted, but as I did not receive a reply to my questions, I was unable to properly address their concerns.

Rex has one of His 16/20V flanges in stock.

Probably the other flanges you'll need too.

PM if you're still in the need.
