Thats the one I couldn't remember.. I'll see what they're worth compared to the others.

Jesse Streeter came in on par with Import Monster, so the Endless pads are looking like they'll cost around or just under $250.

Unless theres a Toymods member in Japan with a Yahoo Jp account that wants to do me a favour....

Well, I've sprung for a set of Endless SSY pads.
I had a look at the Project Mu, but they were a little expensive for my budget, and I have been happy with the Endless in the past.
I got a full set of front and rears through Import Monster, and they are costing me about $230 as a first estimate (hopefully it'll go down...). Not too bad even with the broker fees, considering Centrax quoted $205 per set of front or rear.....

looked at Rakuten? there is a shipping service there that can help.

full set for $230 is cheap.

bendix Metal Kings.. you may as well machine your own pads out of a block of steel.. would have similar friction

Well, the final total for the Endless SSY pads ended up at $224 shipped. Pretty damn good I reckon.

I have heard good things about QFM, I might look into trying them for the next set maybe.

Street usage only? My usage is more track centric but i ran the Endless SSS once - loved them but wear rate went through the roof when they got too hot - feel and stopping power stayed so i didn't realise i'd eaten the set in 2 days. Expensive at $400+ a pair.

EBCs are crap, but if you don't work them too hard you might not really notice. DS2500s are good, little harsh and need a bit of heat to work but can get custom cut to any (standard) shape. I'm currently running QFMs; not great feel but wear rates or price alone they win - combined they're first choice now as i'm getting 3-4 times as many days out of them and they're cheaper than anything else that's been remotely up to the task. Project Mu don't do my pads so can't say, but the high end Jap brands are pricey for how quickly i go through them. I'm running 743 fronts and 1147 rears, i find my choice is a bit limited on the fronts.

    Yeah, heavy street use.
I used to rip (!) through the hills along the QLD/NSW border around Ballina and Byron Bay as well as Mount Nebo etc with the SSS pads and they were fantastic. The fronts (twin pot super strut) are pretty much worn, but the rears are still useable, although a bit unevenly worn (angled to the rotation of the rotor, the callipers probably needed rebuilding). I never tracked it, but for road use, they were awesome. Lasted about a year or so until the car came off the road.
I made it all the way through Nebo with not a hint of fade at all on the last Twincam cruise I went on, where half the others were having to stop half way....
