hasnt changed much, maybe a bit more body roll in hard corners due to the king spring, and the fact ta22s dont have a rear swaybars

Stiff front sway, maybe 1" . Make the car a lot better. in the corner, Outer front corner stop that "diving" .

Rear sway is not necessary, can use, depends at other suspension setup and where / how use the car. With stock front i do not recommend to use any rear sway bar.

There is many opinions and driving styles.. I have built my cars always to racing circuit & highway/City. No drifting, just good grip to the rear.

how much caster to put so as not to have too much stress on the lower arm bushings?

If you got stock strut bearing pillows, then as much as can from front lateral arm threads. There is about 10-15mm free thread still to add caster(from stock setups) another limit is when wheel start to hit to a fender when turn wheels enough.

In my celica i have made more thread to those arms..

The limit is when sway bar end links start to go in a stupid angle. Lower arm bushing is not first what limit.

I dont know in english a correct name to that front arm.. Is it lateral or like that.. Sorry im not so good with English language. Its more line Finglish ;-)

I think those are called radius rods, have you measured how many caster angle you've with the rod threaded that far back?

Not measure, basicly caster is not grow up to degrees so fast. But wheel base is about 15-20 mm longer now. Than in stock. Caster degrees also move a little against car riding height.

Toyota celica / carina original "green book" tell about 1degree caster and camber. You can calculate how many degrees .. Strut lenght is radius. From near 0 caster, every ~5mm front wheel moved forward add ~ 1 degree caster.
(just estimated riding height & raw calculation, from 0 ~4mm is one degree, but it raises when angle raise)
