Gonna drop by for a look, unfortunately my 620 and crown are both out of action at the moment so I won't be reposing Toyota, or nostalgia, or even Japanese :-(
Cheers

Hey Everyone ,
We hosting our 2nd event after the great success of our 1st event where we had some strong numbers, good atmosphere and everyone was well behaved.
Whats Invited
- All makes and models of Japanese cars/bikes
- Any style ( Vintage/Classic , Drift , Bozu , V.I.P, etc )
- 25+ Years Old. The model/chassis of your car must of been in production from factory before 1987 , Example : 1992 Toyota Supra Ga70 is accepted because it was in production from 1986-1993
All cars participating in this event must meet the above requirements. Will make some exceptions on certain models BUT DROP ME A MESSAGE TO DISCUSS. ( [email protected] )
The Good
-We recommend you get to the first meet point around 12pm as the 1st meeting point will be the longest for pics/hellos/talking rubish/eating.
-We encourage people with non Nostagic cars to come have a look see, we just ask you to park away from the event.
-Maps will be handed out to cars that qualify to the above requirements.
The Bad
-We kindly ask you to not overly rev or screech your tyres around any of the meet points. Everyone knows what a blow off valve sounds like and you not going to impress anyone with a single pegger skid. If we can ALL come to an understanding about this 1 rule the idiot that does it will look like such a douche bag. The word 'hoon' is getting thrown around a lot today so please act civilized and prove the media/society wrong.
-This is not the event to bring your $200 Gumtree Special with a locked diff, bald tires , cracked windscreen and no exhaust. There's a line between a Project car and scrap metal waiting to be picked up by sims metal.
We like to think of this event as a little show then go for a nice afternoon drive. So if you keen on showing your ride but not keen for a drive that's fine with us.
Here is the link to Japanese Nostalgia Wa ( Event is on our wall ) : http://www.facebook.com/JapaneseNostalgiaWa
If you dont have bookface Pm for time and location .
And some pics from the 1st event : http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...7016855&type=3

I postponed it due to bad weather. When that 100k Bmw slams on brakes in front you and all its computers stop it pretty quickly that 3 meter gap you left is not going to big enough when you lock up your drum breaks.
But Next event in the coming weeks will be great ! I know of a nice park that can accommodate us for a nice Sunday lunch BBQ with maybe a drive after it.
Hopefully the ol' gz20 is fixed by then
im going to try and make it
