Is this so you can run an electronic speedometer?
Hi Everyone, I went looking for the pinout for the W58 gearbox speed sensor and found many threads where others were asking the same question, so once I found the answer I thought I'd post a picture for others to find.

The signal (Output) is a 5V square wave. The sensor seems quite happy to run from 12V so if using a 12V supply the signal becomes a 12V square wave. Hope this helps others. Regards Ivan![]()

just remember centre pin is earth 99% of the time on a toyota
so this leaves u with the 2 outer wires
one is 12v other is signal
so u have 50% chance of getting it right
