 W58 Speed sensor pinout
Hi Everyone, I went looking for the pinout for the W58 gearbox speed sensor and found many threads where others were asking the same question, so once I found the answer I thought I'd post a picture for others to find.
W58 Gearbox Sensor_1.jpg
The signal (Output) is a 5V square wave. The sensor seems quite happy to run from 12V so if using a 12V supply the signal becomes a 12V square wave. Hope this helps others. Regards Ivan

NooB 3TGTE swapped RA40
✨Rahgo2:Turbo Boogaloo✨
Back Burner: Kaido Racer inspired MA45 with 1GGE, a 4TGTE I need to stick in something, and an 18RE.
Trying my best to keep Toymods forum alive.

I've got it on my wiki also
Oh and the supply voltage is battery voltage (ignition switched), not 5V

 Re: W58 Speed sensor pinout
just remember centre pin is earth 99% of the time on a toyota
so this leaves u with the 2 outer wires
one is 12v other is signal
so u have 50% chance of getting it right
