When I did my small port distributor, it didn't have a roll pin, the gear pressed off (the gear driven off the cam), took some time, but wasn't too hard. I'd imagine the crank angle sensor for the gze would be the same.

I've traced my oil leak down to my crank angle sensor, and the pesky internal oil seal
so off I went to strip it, but how do you get it apart, have I missed something?
The 4age ones have a pin to drill out, I can't see it on this. Should I press them off?

i had to do the same on my Smallport was only a couple $$ all up from the bearing shop for a new seal and bearing, i have the invoice somewhere at home if you wanted part numbers. I just knocked it apart with a hammer and a drift.
just make sure you mark it as it sits, mine didn't have any markings on the shaft to indicate where the gear goes back on, not that it was rocket science putting it back together without any markings..
also after pressing/tapping the gear back onto the shaft, drove around the block....... gear slipped on the shaft, went full retard (never go full retard!) to the point that when i struggled to get home (was only around the corner) the whole cast ex manifold was glowing... thank god i didn't burn any valves (that i know of, compression tested and was fine)
basically i pulled the gear off again, pin punched the shaft randomly around where the gear goes (there was minor evidence of this existing) and with some loctite... now is perfect
