Question Confused about these coil packs

Hi, I recently bought these coil packs and want to install them on my 4AGE 20v turbo engine. I have e Microtech ECU.
I saw a friend of mine running with these coil packs installed on his 20v and was wondering if I could install them also. Problem is he doesn't remember how they installed them and neither the pin-outs. He told me that these are from a 5E american engine but searching on the net for these I found only 1 or 2 pictures (not pin-outs).

I was wondering if any of you could help me identify these and the pinouts. Also if you have any idea how it is installed on a Microtech ECU.

Thanks in advance for the help.

well on the coils you will have ground, 12v, ignition feedback(not used for microtech) and trigger. you just need to scour some diagrams to figure out the order. then connect 12v to 12v. ground to ground. and the trigger to the output 1 and then 2 i would think for batch fire. ? though thats just my thoughts.

well if i look closely in that pic
far right on each coil plug looks liek a black with white trace
    thats ign power
then one to the left of the black with white whould be trigger in
and far left pin on each plug looks like brown which on a tooyta is ground

they look like similar coils on a landcruiser 1fz but they have 3 twin spark coils
so its not of them but they and the plugs look similar

Thanks for the reply. My problem is that I don't have the plugs, the picture above is taken from the net. I still have to search for the plugs but I found out that the stock 20v distributer plug fits on these.

The part number on these are: 90919-02220 on the left one and 90919-02226 on the right one.

    u dont need plugs
just remove the pins then find plugs with similar terminals and change them
