I have the same problem. There is a camber correction kit available in the US from a company called Daizen. Good luck getting them to send you a set though, I have tried twice, and also with their competitors.

These are essentially an offset bush which allows 2deg of adjustment. The best I can get my rears is to -1 deg neg camber before all adjujstment is maxxed out. (You can get over 4 deg neg camber if you like that sort of thing)

Ah thanks alot Ben, no chance of a group buy with them?

Its like the first inch on the inside of both me rear tyres was down to the steel belts the other day when i checked :O got new tyres and my tyre fitter said to get camber kit, Might get her booked in for a rear wheel alignment tomorrow and see if that fixes anything.

I thought these had similiar suspension to Supra's, how do they fix this problem?

    Cheers Mate

If yours has coils then the suspension is almost identical. If you have airbags then it is similar (ie the arms, bushes etc are the same)

Not having owned a Supra, I can't say for sure if they have a problem or not, and how it is overcome. Perhaps they have slightly more adjujstment in their camber bolts? Maybe the factory settings are lower to start with?

i had the same issue with my jza80 i just got decent wheel alignment specs form whiteline and the issue was pretty much gone..you should be able to get most of the camber dialed out.

why not just buy some of the adjustable arms from fleabay?

Because they will see you killed in a spectacular, firey crash. I only know of one guy who purchased those adjustable arms, and I only know of a single incidence of suspension arm failure (on a street car). Coincidence it was the same car?

I have all the wheel alignment specs. The issue is you run out of alignment before you reach them. My lower arms are pulled in as far as they will go, but I still have 1 degree neg camber. My car is at the legal ride height of 340mm CWG rear(360mm CWG at the front) so it is not stupidly low.

Incidently, my track car runs the same ride height as the specialist information I was given says this is about as low as you can go and still have you suspension operating within it's desing parameters. Maybe the lawmakers are onto something? Nah, must be a fluke!

yeah i agree it may be a gamble.
but you get the idea some adjustable arms would be the best way to go.
a guy "Cazman" on NS.com would be the guy to chat to as he makes very high quality aus made arms

MVP motorsports in the US have some adjustable rear arms for the JZA80 which let you have more adjustment, maybe they have something that would suit the JZZ30 since a bunch of the suspension stuff is shared.

Adjustable arms for a street car where all you need is a little more camber adjustment is just not worth it

To be honest on a A80/Z30 i cant see why you would have major tyre wear issues on a street car unless you were running it way too low, or driving it hard or just have flogged out bushes or bad alignment

I run the black car in my avatar reasonably low, drive it fairly hard and dont have any complaints

For a track car however its a different story, a decent complete set of front and rear arms that dont cost the earth like the Ikeya Formula ones would be awesome, but it seems no such things exist - offset bushes are a cheap substitute
