What do you need to know? Haven't been near mine in a while but fire away
If in doubt, drift her out! Steer from the rear! less traction, more action! simple!

I have been having some issues with boost cut, I have setup the boost cut in the emanage, but for some reason it will occasionally cut in 3Rd gear but only 3 Rd and with less boost sometimes than 2nd??? Any ideas?

Also I was wanting to connect my wb02 to it but the methods I have tried didn't work and I wasn't able to find a definitive how to for it? Have you done it?

    Thanks in advance

What do you have the clamp set at for the boost cut?

I suppose every setup is different. Mine is set @ 4.34. That is on the stock twins 14psi.
Will be interested to see how it performs with gt35 turbo once I've finished.
Any additional boost controller? Which MAP sensor are you using?

For curiosity sake, internal or external wastegate? I'm in final stages on the 1j and it all sounds
a lot like my setup. Are you tuning on the fly or dyno?
    Boost controller?

tuning on the road at the moment, when i get it to where i think is ok will take to dyno to confirm. Its a turbosmart external gate, it has been running on WG pressure so far. i do have a AVC-R in the car from the twins but i havent set it up yet.

I am getting 1.1 bar on wastegate pressure and i have no desire to go over that yet.

good to hear you got it sorted, ive just upgraded to a haltech PS2000 so mine is back in its box ready to sell,

i do have to ask tho, how did you guys find the data cable? did you have to buy an adapter to convert from serial pin back to usb or had a different cable altogether?

I tried making the DIY Cable and I could never get it to work. For some reason I think the E-manage software on some computers just doesn't like to work, and on others likes to work perfectly.
Tried on Windows XP, did it the same as everybody else did and did not work. Tried all different versions of support tool.

Maybe Windows 98 may work better.
