Default SDMA Hillclimb 29th April 2012

Ok, so the next hillclimb is on the 29th of this month (April)......

It looks like the AE86 is coming off the road for a while, which leaves me with no car to run......

It might be a long shot, but is there any chance, any of the kind folk on here would be willing to do a double entry and let me drive their car for the day?

Bugger! Mate I would, but I'm out of town that weekend. Let me know if you're stuck for the May event and we'll sort it.

Come on Justen, surely someone else driving your car would give you a bigger rush and adrenaline hit, than you actually driving it yourself......

    Thanks anyway Todd......

$30k...... Is that based on my driving ability or the value of the car? haha

What do you mean Justen? You're not happy with a pair of grubby jeans, a half-drank bottle of bourbon, and 4 used tyres as payment for the GT8? Joe just bought his new blue Sprinter with an old couch and half a pizza!

Off topic, but maybe on topic, i'm not sure now after the way this discussion has gone......... has anybody tried to get through scrutineering at the hillclimb without an added bonnet restraint? Regs say 2 methods of bonnet retention right....... So the factory setup whereby you have to both pull the cable, and then release the spring loaded catch separately to lift the bonnet "should" be sufficient right?
