It ate Clarkie's Passarge. I saw it in dev around a year ago 2, but it still had the FACTORY RIMS!

Yep know the one its a 72-73 RT 81 Corona with tramp bars on it.Plus its been in D'port for a very long time the guy that owns it,if its the same person is a guy of Munroe's from Sppreyton he has been stuffin round with Toyotas for nearly as long as what I have if not longer. But Im not sure whats in it but if I know the guy it will be something pretty wicked.

one of the guys in my tafe class is the rt corona owners son. he was telling me about it today. it has a 1ggte in it it's currently off the road cuz he broke the tailshaft

Yeah I didnt even think of it when I came round.I will have to drop in again then.
That yellow Corona is quiet like mine then till ya screw the foot into it
So was I correct that it's a guy of Munroe's that owns the Corona from Spreyton?
I can understand if the diffs not the best in it cause the RT 80-81s ran the shit borg warners in them and he is most likely running the original fencing wire diameter tailshaft in it so its understandable why it broke.
So we have another G series powered Rona in our midsts
Thats what I like to see more ppl realiseing that Toyotas do rule the roost a little in the horsepower vicinity and also in our local area.
    BOUT BLOODY TIME
    Cheers Brett.

Burnies a bit far to go to get pics but thanks Enchanter for the offer. But ya never know I may have to get your address and come for a visit in it
Well I can give ya a bit of a run down with what I know so far.
The 1G-GE is standard as far as I know. Its running a Camira(yes Holden Camira)AFM,Falcon computer(not sure of model haven't checked yet).
5spd T50 Split Case Alloy Gearbox not sure if its jap spec or aussie spec(yes the T series bellhousing is the same as G series but cant mount W series box to it(bugga).
Standard twin piston calipers and discs on front, drum rear.
Standard ride height at the moment(anyone got any half decent holden front shockies )
Black Bathurst Globe mags(14x6 or 7 not sure)
Has Datsun 200B seats front and rear(look like shit.Anyone got any Supra seats spare )
RT 104 or RA40 combination switch.Late Corolla Steering wheel.
Exhaust is basically standard but will soon be having a 2.5inch on it
Thats it so far but pics will be done as soon as I can.
Fuel economy so far is bloody excellent not sure on how many K's cause the bloody odometer doesnt work.
I'll let ya know Joe when I'm coming round.
    Cheers Brett.
