Default JZX90 auto, hesitation on acceleration.

Hey all, I have a problem when accelerating hard, from about 30kmh, I put my foot to the floor and.......nothing, for about 1-2 secs.
Damn scary when trying to pull out in heavy traffic.

Specs of car are as follows.
    95 MarkII JZX90 with A341E auto.
    1jzgte.
    MINES ECU.
KKR 480, internal gate (yes it's shit).
    3" exhaust, dump to tip.
    FMIC.

The problem only started after instaling the ECU, I would rather keep the MINES, so if you can think of anything I would appreciate it.
I am in Perth, tuning options seem to be very expensive.

did you fit the ecu? can you put the stock ecu back in and see if the problem goes away?

You didnt change from twins to single turbo at the same time? so its not just turbo lag your experiencing?

You could put it into diagnostic mode, could point you to a faulty sensor (like TPS perhaps?)

    Definately not turbo lag.
I checked for error codes and nothing.
I took it for a run last night while it was still cold, no hesitation.
When it hesitates hot, the AFR drops to 10.5.

As I understand it, when accelerating under heavy load, the ECU will retard the timing to soften the up shifts.
Does this also happen on the down shifts ?

its probably the shit mines ecu
I don't understand y people buy mines especially when
most guys don't know what the ecu was tuned for
plug yr std ecu in and if it fixes it then the mines ecu is not suited
    for your motor
if your car runs good when cold it means the mines ecu is to rich for your
    engine when it warms up
throw the mines ecu in a bucket of water and get something you can actually tune
