18rg camshaft timing help

I've just finished building my 18rg celica, well almost, and im having trouble with the camshaft timing. Would like to buy the workshop manual but i haven't been able to find one.
Can anyone help me out with whish mark on the cams is supposed to be lined up at 12 oclock? Because there is a notch on the camshaft then a dot on the cam gears and the 4 holes for advance on the gears as well.
