I seem to have about 20 things I am meant to do on 25 but think Im out of all of them, so see u there...drip tray and all hahaha.
Folks,
In honor of the CCG organisers finally pulling the lead out I would like to cordially invite you all to join us at Shannons Wheels at Thoroughbred park Mitchell.
One of Canberra's biggest multi car manufacturer motoring expos of the year this is a must for the CCG to attend and show those other club's just how good our Japanese cars can be.
Please shoot me an email if you would like to join us so I can arrange the appropriate space at the event.
What : Shannon's Wheels Expo 2012
When: Sunday 25th March
Where: Thoroughbred park Mitchell, entrance off Randwick road , Marshalls will point you in the right direction
Time: Roughly 9:00am. It will be an early-ish start to get in place before the crowds show up.
Cost: Free!
Format: We are entering as a group so all CCG cars must be together, Cars can be in any state of repair but must be clean and tidy and entrants must have a drip tray.
No pre-meet this year so please make it to the site at Thoroughbred park before 9:00am so we can make sure we hold onto our area from other marauding car clubs.
To secure yourself a spot please contact Jeremy:
Email : [email protected]
Regards
The CCG Team.

Copied from MG Car Club Website.
Any idea if this is just the MG component or is it the entire event?Due to the recent heavy rains the venue for the Club Concours and Wheels event on 25 March 2012 is now at Thoroughbred Park Mitchell, not the lawns of Old Parliament House, as previously advised.
EDIT- Just found a small hidden announcement on the Canberra Antique And Classic Car Club site. The event has been relocated to Thoroughbred Park in Mitchell.

Yeah shame on them for letting people show up two years in a row!
But in other news it was a bit of a slow year for the Japanese metal.
Still big thanks to Ash for getting everything setup and comfy! (Not to mention going out of his way to put on the BBQ!)
It felt much bigger this year due to the layout and I really liked the pavilion with the MG's but still it seemed a little haphazard.
Anyway.
Here are some pic's Ry!
