    BTW stu - the loom was checked by an auto sparky not all that long ago and was found to be perfect...so now my bet still lies with the fuel pump...foobared

    WELL, ANOTHER GOOD REASON NOT TO USE MECHANICS!!!!!

    Cut my old fuel filter apart last nite, after i could make something in it rattle, to discover it had come apart! Further inspection showed it had been actually blown off where it glues to the cannister! Meaning the fuckin thing had been put on back the front!!!

    Put this one on correct and took her for a 40km drive today - under load or anything - running like new...

    So yeah...will try and get the shops name in nowra so i can warn people on here...Thanks so much for all your help!!

    Good to hear dude, whats she like to drive, is it the 4 speed or the 5? I love the cars and the power, but the auto

    goes like a shower of shit...4 speed auto but meh...its a pleasure to drive. So quiet and comfy, handles like a dream as well...

    edit: i just cant believe ppl dont take notice of how things work - i mean what a no brainer??!!
