A few of the combatants on the day !!!!!!

Well guys here are a few of the better ones as they say ----- only 2 Toyota's running ( RAV 4 & MR2 ) gOOD DAY FOR FAST TIMES AS TRACK WAS WARM , NO WIND AND NOT TO HOT . As it was a NSW round lots of different cars than we normaly see . FTD was a open wheeler , I think 39.18 , near the track record but not close enough. A few close shaves a couple of which I got on film. The locals that ran all seemed to be going a bit harder than normal . A good day all round.
Todds RX thing from an angle not normally seen .

Also had a talk to one of the Cooma H/C orginises ----- long way to go still . No plans , approvals for crash barriers , return road ,ammenities etc etc . Plus they need a lot more $$$$$$$$$$$$$ . Late this year if at all this year may be next ?????????????/
Congratulations to Todd, for a very quick day on the hill..
Nice pics Bob.....
Who was driving the red hairdressers car?
CURRENT CARS: AE86-SR20DET, MX22-2M, JZS147-2JZGTE, AE86-4AGE , AE71 Panelvan-4AGTE, Peugeot 504- XN1
I think his/her name was Stephano Costafuckus!!! Or something like that
Red aw11 (assuming there were no red mx5s?) was Alex from Newcastle, oioioioioi on PF.
Nissan Silvia S13- 1UZFE
Thanks Bob - and JoJo.
Looking at results, red MR2 was driven by Alex E with a best time of 52.84, and the RAV4 was 56.63 - thereby proving that Toyota's are slower than Mazda's.<need pot stirring icon!>
I am so going to get thumped this year...![]()
I'm hoping I can do a few more 48s and turn the tables on JoJo this year.I figure if I keep winding him up the level of competition this year will be fantastic.

You have 47.55 to aim for to give you the class record.I'd need a lot more cubic dollars to get there...
Yes, best it managed was 51.77
If I'd have registered for the NSW championship my time was good enough to get me a class win in the classes my car would be eligible for.
Then again I have driven the track a bazillion times... You'd think I'd be faster...

Shit he did a 51.77 , thats amazing , he was adding about an extra 20 metres on each run . Probably an ex rally driver , as we have a hard time keeping it on the black surface , the lure of the dirt is just to much for us.
