Anyone making the trek on Friday morning? Cant find any threads (aside from the Newcastle crew) discussing the convoy? Does this not happen anymore?

I'm heading up Friday morning, last year we had no Sydney trek as the attendance amounted to like 5 cars. I plan to head straight up the great western probably leave my joint around 8am. 4wd is too slow to bother with Bells Line. Glad I'm not bringing a car this year will only get back from Melbourne 8pm or so on the Thursday and am working this weekend so would of had zero time to do shit to prepare.

8am, that's keen. I'd be up for a meet-up for those interested in heading up together at 9am though. I'm coming from the Central Coast so anywhere between here and, say, Penrith is fine with me

8am from my place will equal Penrith around 8:45am so not really that early. Will probably make Dubbo between 1-2pm.
