as a quick test i just searched for all posts by me that contained the aforementioned "eff" word..... and it came back with 13 posts.

I dont know if i should be worried


In any case, agree with the original posted topic, I do. Excessive swearing has no place in public really, and i've tried to typically keep my oft flamboyant use of the "eff" word to a minimum on these forums..... typically using alternative spellings or euphamisms (sp?) instead.

IMO, although it's not 'appropriate' to use the words we are all adults and should be able to express what we think in a way that we're comfortable. If a 'bogan' has to use it every 2nd word then so be it. Maybe give the user a warning and ask them to tone it down. Most of the swear words i read i dont even pay attention to

but on the whole, the forum is pretty clean.... even i dare say, compared to real life...
