I got a quote for about $145 IIRC for all four resized to tolerance from a big reputable machne shop (they rebuld everything up to prime movers).
Sound reasonable? I am looking at new pistons maybe so I'll have some time to look around.

Get them reamed out to the correct size by a good engineering shop.
And they're gudgeon pins, not wrist pins.
