AW11 shock dimentions

Hey guys,

Ol mate has what looks like AW11 MR2 shocks in his coilovers, trying to find replacements as the TRD's are well blown that are in there.

Does anyone know the case length for aw11 shocks? im not even sure the they are front or rear shocks, the TRD part number didnt verify.

the koni off the shelf items are the pick. not too expensive either.

if you have a very early (pre 86) they use a smaller diameter shock in the back end (koni have numbers for both). the front is the same.

Im actually trying to find new shocks for a friends coilovers. The current TRD shocks have part numbers that match AW11.

8641-1071 is the front koni number
8641-1142 is the 50mm rear shock
8641-1072 is the smaller (pre 87 rear shock)

koni may have the dimensions on their site somewhere. either that or just buy some aw11 koni inserts and replace the current trd units.
