My 2jzge and 2jzgte both have the radiators in the original position but i have changed them to a jza70 radiator.
I can get pics if you need them but they wont be much help if you are putting the radiator in the tray.

hey mate the radiator is in the tray already but it needs to be moved. i have my intercooler where the radiator was. i didnt want the cooler hangong out the bottom but i guess its what ill have to do to get it all in the front??
I avoided the turbo motor and do not have your problem. I used a modified Rodeo aluminium radiator
My modification inspector used to have a Hilux with a turbo 4 cylinder motor and he had his radiator mounted under his tray. Worked ok for him
Jealousy is a curse
Have you thought of a thinner intercooler, something like a stock xr6 falcon intercooler, they seem to be good for a bit of power.
I dont want the intercooler sticking out the front either, was thinking maybe water to air in the tray or just have it sticking out the front.
