    Default The Mernda Bakery Cruise

    Hey guys,

There was talk of a Mernda Bakery cruise in the not too distant, I'm figuring that means only this weekend really, or Christmas Eve.

    Is it on?

Where was the talk? I must have missed that one.. have always wanted to go check that bakery out, so that would be a great one to do!

TCCAV is holding our Christmas Party on Sunday, so I imagine most people who don't have prior commitments would come to that. its at Doncaster, so you could do a run in the afternoon to Mernda maybe.

I noticed in our local newspaper that they shut between Christmas and the end of January, so I think its now or next year....

From TCCAV's perspective, there won't be a CC&D in February.

On the 12th is Hanging Rock

On the 26th is Japanese Classic Car Show

Putting something in the middle there would not pull the numbers we would want. Nor do we want to have a northern one again.. it needs to be central or western or southern.

So that middle weekend is free if you want do your own.

Dads Celica is approved for club rego so I should be picking up the plates tomorrow. Anyway we want to do a little cruise so I'm thinking this Sunday meet at Eltham maccas at 7:30-8 and leave at 8:30 head up through kangaroo ground and cottles bridge to Arthurs creek before going by yan yean on the way to Mernda Bakery. Anybody else interested in coming along? If so I'll post up a route map

I just rang the bakery and they are closed until January 31. Would still like a Sunday drive though
