The other day i noticed something wants quite right with my Celica when i went to pull the wheel off to check what was wrong the axle nut fell off, the axle had snapped at the thread the breakage seems to be a rotational sheer breakage. I also noticed that the caliper slide pins had seized so i attempted to fix the slide pins and replaced the axle and hub however a day later the same problem happened so i went to check again and found this time the axle nut had loosened itself (the second axle and hub i bought did not have a lock pin) also the brake had seized again. Now i am wondering could the seized brake be causing the axle to snap/loosen or is something else wrong (maybe something in the transmission).
