1jzgtte non starting issue?

So I finally got around to doing manual swaps in the jzx90. Ive put an r154 out of a jzx half cut in and a manual computer but when I turn the key all acc turn on fine fan raido ect. But turning ignition only cuts power to there's things & does not fire the starter motor( manual starter motor came with the box I checked it works before I put it in) I'm also getting a strange sound on acc start up coming from the plenum/fuse box area kind of like an old printer sound. Any help or ideas on what to try with this would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

does it still have the auto loom on it or was that swapped with the ecu?

if its still got the auto loom you need to bridge the neutral start that used to go via the selector switch on the auto...

yes its still has the auto loom, whitch wires would i need to bridge?

If your existing auto transmission shifter position plug looks like below, then you bridge pins 5 and 6

hmmm this looks to be the one i cut, so im going to have to get to colour of the wires & do it from there. do you know where i can fing a decent wiring diagram?

Should I ask why you chopped it off?

Hmm I have this wiring diagram that's labelled JZX91 (assume that should be right?) floating around but you'll need to look up the kanji and find out what the colours are yourself (I'm off to bed )
