Find a junkyard/aftermarket/whatever computer for it, keep it EFI, you'll live longer.
'I've scrapped better.' John stated when asked about the car by the guy with the silver tipped cowboy boots!

what you will need to find is a 'complete setup' from the same engine... there are a few different versions of 4age engines throughout the universe, but 'most' of the US market got Air Flow Metered versions..

go to a local junk yard, find anything that has a 4AGE in it (geo prism/corolla/nova etc i don't know exactly what you guys get over there!), model is not really important, as long as EVERYTHING is still there...

you will need from the same car - computer, distributor, wiring harness, coil/ignighter setup, Air flow meter OR Map sensor and all assositated sensors (there is a handfull of temp/fan switch etc)..... then basically plug them all in to what you have..

injectors are not critical... any 4AGE injectors will work with any of the 4AGE computers, and they are all pretty much the same size...

i have swapped chopped and changed these things for years... and usually if you use the whole setup from one car, even if it is a different type of 16v 4AGE (for example the later 92 'smallport') it will run it no problems..

start putting this version dizzy and coil, and that ecu etc.... things get messy...

you might even find a wreck for little money, buy the car, sell the engine and other parts. and you will get the ecu and everything with it for free and make some money. (provided you sell the engine and that) only thing is, youll need room at home to keep a wreck. or as matty said look for all the parts off the same car at a wreckers.

have you scanned the internet for a used after market ecu for a 4age ?
i dont have a funny or cool signature.

Hmmm, the Minor is rwd. I'd try to source wiring and an ECU from a 1985-1987 Corolla GT-S (AE86 = chassis code) The AE86 Corolla is also rwd so the wiring will probably need less modifications then a front wheel drive harness.

A local forums that might be able to assist you - ectoyotas.com Index page

You can also search Craigslist in your area... use "4AGE" as your search criteria

You could also purchase a custom harness... this guy is somewhat local to you (same area of the USA) - http://www.phoenixtuning.com/services.html
