I had an awsome day, I will be going back for sure.
Thanks for organising it Glenn. I'm still so sore from all that running around
Well albeit a small turnout it was an awesome event.
In fact it was so good , we turned around and paid for a further 3 games!
So after 6 games we were all pretty buggered and called it a day.
But only after team toymods destroyed (and in a few cases), obliterated the opposition. Mind you towards the end of our 6 games the 8 yr old wookie content increased dramatically and it was reflected in our scoring.
Sure we killed the kids plenty more times than normal, but damn its hard walking into an openspace and attempting to shoot 15 targets lower than your waistline before being shot yourself!
The two 'special' mentions go to emo boy who worked there and the asian guy with the bob haircut who liked following you, after he had shot you, then waited till you powered up again, before shooting you in the back. Congrats on the strategic move to join our team in the last game, or you would have been tasting the wall the few times.
All i can say was with the 20 odd people in there at the end, it was a blast, so a little dissapointing more members didnt turn up.

It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning. Second most enjoyable execrise I can think of getting up in the morning for.
Yeah the Asian guy who just kept following you when you were powered down was a real star. At one stage he shot me and did the following thing then after shooting me again he tried to push past me in a small passage, unfortnately he didn't notice that my blacked out gun was sitting there at about eye level. He looked pretty pissed but apologised for running into it
lol awesome day.. so good im becoming a member, so i can go more often

I thought it was pretty awesome, too.
The 8 yr old thing got pretty tiring in the end, though I found a spot where I was picking them off consistently & ended up on stealth mode for about 5 minutes
It was probably a good thing that it wasn't Corolla's vs everything else. 5 v 1 wouldn't have been good odds for Adam
steve, last I heard Adam doesn't drive a corolla anymore??
