Radiators can be recored, so do that with the one you have.
TA22's have a tendency to pop heater cores as well I think, so that's the only thing I can see you have missed from the total system.
That said, you may well be going a little over the top. Do you really need to do the bottom thermostat housingand the overflow bottle or do they just need a good clean?

......as for thermo fan......you can either put a push type fan on the front of the rad to blow the air through or use a pull type mounted on the back of the rad to draw air through.......just be aware that you will need a 3T water pump and pulley as they have a shorter nose on them and can accommodate a reasonable size fan in the engine bay.......the 2T water pump and pulley is too close to the rad and even with a super thin fan you won't get it mounted central enough to work well.........I was on the process of fitting up a thermo fan when I found this out
