Question Weber Fuel Fountaint in TA22

    Hey Guys,

Just did a valve regrind gasket change on my 2T engine.. Only to rebuild it up and then try to crank it over and it wont start, keeps getting flooded and after a little bit of cranking the weber squirts like a metre high worth of fuel onto my windscreen, wtf? It's got a 32/36 Redline weber on it. I haven't set the valve clearances yet, but I doubt thats the reason why the weber is doing this. Anyone had this problem before, or know how to fix?

    Cheers

    Hi there,
Sounds like what happens if I put my dizzy in 180 degrees out...

Have you double checked with cylinder 1 on Top Dead Centre and the rotor pointing at pin 1 that neither intake nor exhaust rockers are in the down position? If the engine is at TDC cylinder 1 on the firing stroke both the rockers should be up with the few thou loose play.

    Cheers,
    Jason
