no one knows such a quick question?
Hi,
need to know where to connect the charcoal canister to. I wasnt going to bother running one, but now that its being engineered i dont want any fuss or any concerns about not having one.
i googled and i found this
http://www.97supraturbo.com/1997%20S...Emmissions.pdf
but my motor doesn't appear to have any of this emissions crap. maybe that artical is USDM or something.
i have a 1995 ex jzs147 2jzgte.
the only spare hoses i can find are pictured below, not sure what they go to, could even be part of the A/c?
one just goes onto the intake manifold (just passed the TPS) the other goes under and into the throttle body.
also will i need to put in a 1 way valve to stop boost pushing back threw the line?
no one knows such a quick question?
The lines you have outlined are for the power steering idle up valve and not related to emissions control.
The pdf you linked to is a for a USDM 2JZ-GTE and as you suggest has EGR and associated emissions components that your JDM only Aristo 2JZ-GTE did not use.
The purge line for the charcoal canister would normally be connected to the "VSV for EVAP" equivalent in a JDM 2JZ-GTE.
