    Default Toyota injectors

I need some serious information about 22RTE fuel injection & hopefully some part numbers.
I have a very custom 4Runner. On paper it has 135hp (standard 91hp) I am now ready for the supercharger. After many days of research I settled on a Sprintex S5-150 good for 200rw ponies.

This is where you fellas come into the picture. I am in the process of remodifing the manafold (totally different setup) and with this comes a fuel system upgrade.
The 4YE injector don't have the grunt to keep up with the needs of the motor, so I have researched other alternatives, which are
22RTE and 7MGE injectors, the 7MGE injectors are my 2nd chioce being as they have a higher resistance (2.6 ohms) and I will need to modify the trigger wires from the Dicktator ecu (0.47 ohm 5 watt resistors in line with each injector) were as the 22RTE has the same resistance as the 4YE (1.7 ohms)

Toyota 4YE INJECTORS...........flow 200cc/min equating to 40hp per injector which is 160hp max. (beige tops, 1.7 ohms, 19.6lbs)

    Toyota 22RTE INJECTORS.........flow 250cc/min equating to 50hp per injector which is 200 hp max (yellow/orange tops, 1.7 ohms, 24.5lbs)(p/n 23250-23209-35020)
Toyota 22RTE INJECTORS.........flow 295cc/min equating to 59hp per injector which is 236 hp max (pink tops, 1.7 ohms, 28.9lbs)

Toyota 7MGE INJECTORS......... flow 295cc/min equating to 59hp per injector which is 236 hp max. (yellow tops, 2.6 ohms, 28.9 lbs)

On paper the 22RTE injectors are the way to go !!! but I have no idea what they look like nor their avaliability.
So if you fellas could supply me with some pictures of injectors & fuel rails, part numbers and any other information I would greatly appreciate it. When repling could you give the year, model id and any relivent information for my reseach.

You won't find 22RTE injectors in Australia (not easily anyway).
But they'll be plentiful in America. Try eBay USA.

    7MGE injectors however are everywhere.

If you have an aftermarket ecu then it won't care about the small difference in resistance.
And if you re doing all this without an aftermarket ecu, get one.

Thanks for the heads up, I've been looking and came to the same conclusion.

I am using an aftermarket ecu, I sent the makers an e-mail and they recommended that I wire in a resistor per injector as a safty messure.
These are a Bosch type injector, could you recommend one that puts out about 400 - 450cc/min (make, model & year of vehical)

There are #2 7MGE injectors that can do the job I want, but it means that I have to change over the connections being as they are ovalish where as mine are square.
This isn't an issue but a last resort as I've just completed all my wiring and its all finished off. New fittings wire and loom not to mention I would have to pull my plenum chamber apart, hoses lines and fittings to get to 3 & 4 injectors.
