1JZ Lost Boost

Hi team,
My 1jz vvti (jxz100) swap into my 89 hilux was finished today with getting the 3" stainless exhaust. Driving through town it was great although I need higher diff but when I got to the freeway and accelerated through the gears it lost boost changing into 3rd and has not returned. The engine still runs smooth as and doesn't appear to be missing although a bit of blackish smoke under load since boost loss.
I've checked the intercooler hose for possibly a blow out but nothing it's all tight.. Took the pipe off of the boost side of the turbo but nothing not even a slight breeze and front of the boost side is black an wet..

What's your thoughts?????

see if the shaft of the turbo still spins

Yep got it off and the boost side does but can't get at the exhaust just yet. Can't get the housing off at present

Remove CAT, fish out turbine wheel or bits of?

Yep Chuckster you got it in 1 ... no exhuast turbine at all.... shaft has snapped

Wilbo's MA61 did that within in days (hours?) of being road ready. Nothing at all to do with showing Norbie the awesomeness of the stock 1J twins.
