Default chain tensioner ??? (sorry for beeing a newb)

while driving/tuning my car the other day my mom decided to go against my wishes and took my 3tgte above the 5000rpm i told her and went to 7000rpm(i still dont know what the redline is), when we stopped i found a nice big puddle of oil under my car and oil all ova my enigne bay. it turns out that my chain tensioner has come loose, does anyone know how tight the long nut is sposed to be??

i tightened mine to around about the same as i tighten the front timing chain cover...not an impressive amount, but enough so it doesn't come loose. more than a sump gasket, but less than a head bolt.
I found a nice brand spanking crush washer helped to keep the oil on the correct side of the engine also.
