Default what gearbox crossmember to use for r154 on mx83

Hey guys, as the title suggests, im just wondering if anyone can confirm for me what gearbox crossmember to use for the r154 on a mx83 cressida, is it just the standard auto tranny xmember out of the cressida or ma70?

any help would be much appreciated.

    thanks people.

stock mx83 auto one. cant recall if you reverse it or just use a different set of holes that are there. it's been a while since i've done it
    Now - 1988 GX81 Mark II- 7MGTE, GT35R, TiAL 44m, Microtech, 550cc injectors, R154, Xtreme clutch, LSD.... Low boost tune done = 330rwhp@1 BAR...
Then - 1989 MX83 - The big scrap heap in the sky...

yeah i used the factory 7m auto crossmember on mine. just make sure you give the tunnel a good bashing for extra room as ull need it. there should be a thread with pics showing you were to bash. some guys use a 5mm spacer between the body and crossmember to help.

my first set i just took off the rubber and cut it to fit a manual rubber one? from memory i cut off the clutch pedal side so it was more so the rubber sat over closer to the throttle pedal (if you get what i mean?) some people might not like to do this but your not cutting any were near the welds so i think its fine and worked as a daily for 6 months until i found genuine pedal setup.
