Selling via Private Messages.

I have recieved a few private messages recently offering to sell me parts when i have never expressed any interest in purchasing something along those lines. It seems they mostly come from people with <30 rep and non members.

I find it annoying, if i was looking for a part I would post in the parts wanted(after looking in the parts for sale).

I am happy to delete these as they come, but I was wondering if there was an concern from the mods on this type of underhanded attempt to beat the rep system. (perhaps no pm's till you have 30+)

No pm's <30 wouldnt work as then that would mean people couldn't buy either. Imo that's better than them blatently trying to sell stuff in non f/s sections or threads buy adding useless posts.

deal with each person selling accordingly, they wont do it again if the punishment is severe enough.

there arent that many people doing it, of that number, a very small minority doing it on purpose, some just dont read FAQ and just dont know, their fault too though...
