1982 hilux 15amp engine fuse keeps blowing

Hi engine fuse keeps blowing. wire is Black/yellow does anyone know why this is happening.
Blows as soon as soon as key is turned on.

What does this wire feed?

Idle solenoid on the carby

would this stop the car from starting as well

I take it this is the Solenoid Valve on the 18r

if the solenoid is short circuited and closed.. then yes the motor wont start, the test is to unplug it, add battery 12v and earth and you should hear it click open, if it does nothing its fubared... maybe youll be lucky and its just the wiring thats chaffed thru some where near the carby

Thanks that was the prob luckly I had a spare carby to take the solenoid from.
