wouldn't you be better off going for different hubs/front end?
I think it would be a little dificualt to redrill ta22 hubs because of how they are set up with the disk bolted to the hub.
Evening. Has anyone redrilled the hubs of a TA22 to make 5 stud? Is it difficult? Any pics of proper procedures would be appreciated.Thanking you in advance.

GOT: Suzuki SV650 with lots of mods - Almost stock XC falcon ute with 351 and gas
Building: TA22 with SR20DET
It can't be done. The TA22 hubs only have 4 equally spaced flat surfaces where the back of the stud sits. Then you've also got the mounting surface for the disc which is not on the same plane.
If you wish to go 5 stud it's a matter of actually changing the hubs (maybe to some from a crown?).

Thanks for your thoughts. Crown bits aren't available where I live, but maybe Cuzzo could let me know more about his mates parts. I would have tried to redrill after welding up original stud holes, but you have talked me out of it at the moment.
Had a look and you are right LeeRoy. The pits. Ae86 hubs are the same. I'm sure there is a way.Hammer time.
Yeah Ms65 hubs are the go with rt132 or XT130, or a similar strut that shares the same bearing as Cuzbro said.
Then a hilux rear end gives you the same pattern on the rear. ^_^
woot! this means i can convert the rt104 to 5 stud if i wish.
good to know
