hey guy i found this on the aus rotary site hopfully my car will be ready and i will be heading out.

im pretty sure it is a open cruise as it is stated though it is not confirmed.

but the way i see it is the more people that attended the more donations for little sophie,

so im assuming that this is a cruise for sophie not a rotary cruise

this is taken straight from the aus rotary site for all those lazy people.

Money raised will go to Sophies family to help them towards providing Sophie with treatments and to help make Sophies life as comfortable as possible.

You can only imagine what this little girl has been through.

Like i said this cruise is still in the organisation stage , Trent and his friends live up Sohpies way and they will work with their community to help support this charity cruise like media etc.....

I want to see how many people are interested in attending if something is organised and also get some suggestions.

The idea we have is to organise a meet up at a large Park or reserve where there will be a Big BBQ with gold coin donations. What you think?

Now this cruise is based on her condition in which she looks like she will pull through. I will keep you posted.

Hope most of you can be apart on this , a great opportunity to give back something to help people in need of support.

I look forward to seeing some interest and any suggestions.

Sophie is currently in a medical induced coma and will be for around 3 weeks.

A date will be set in around 4 weeks pending Sophies condition.

hey guys there is going to be a fare few rotarys attending but that doesnt mean you cannot take your toyota,

please remember this cruise is for little sophie who has been through a lot more than a busted clutch,

a few talks have been happening in orginizing

stickers for people in the cruise,

mobile blood bank (i dont think this is going to happen)

any feed back Ideas would be really great,

Hi,

Nice idea and I'm sure the family will appreciate it. However, why don't you widen your scope and make some of the proceeds go to that family in Lorne who lost their child in a car accident a few days ago. Despite the hardships that Sophie has endured, and will endure through her life, the parents have the fortune of still having their daughter. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for the family at Lorne.

river it is not me who is orginizing the cruise.
it is a friend of mine whos mate knows sophies family, and he has asked me to help by posting it up here as he doesnt want rotarys there he wants car enthusiests there to show there support.

yeh me and a few friends have organised a cruise for sophie and we would like ausrotary to join us the details of the cruise are:

Date:27th saturday of May 2006

Meet:Homebush Bay, carpark P6C (cnr Australia Ave and Herb Elliot Ave)

Destination : Warragamba dam

Meet Time: 11am

Departure: 11:45am

We would like that every car to put in $15

all the authorities have been contacted

and we have 110 people coming

I was there. Good day, there was only 4 or so toyotas that attended. I saw you rolla boy, kinda hard to miss you with that paint job lol. I was in the white nissan pulsar N13.
