For some reason I think the entire Facebook group was deleted and re-created, which is why the event would have been re-posted...

Crown plaza or the hills lodge both around the corner....

I'll have a look around the area for accomodation if people are interested. As Jeri just mentioned the Crown plaza and Hills lodge are very close. Not sure on what the cost would be though. There is a caravan park about 10-15km down windsor road which is a cheaper option. Not sure if they have vans or huts to rent though.

I will look into accomodation for those traveling and put some recommendations down here.
