A GT45 is pretty bloody big turbo for a 7M. At your 14psi, you probably can't really make boost until 4000+rpm, and even then the turbo will just be coming onto the left side of the map. Sticking to 14psi, you will probably only make around 420hp, and won't have reached the efficiency island of the turbo yet. Unless you plan to rev the ring off the thing and make 1000hp, I'd say it is miles toooooooo big.
And yes, you'll need likely need bigger injectors for even 400hp.
What are your goals with this thing?

Your prob better off with a full stand alone ecu such as a haltech or adapronic and a MAP sensor to replace the AFM.
Although i'm sure your aware that people have had good results with lexus afm/550cc injector combo.
It depends on your budget and goals. I'm sure who ever tunes it will prefer a aftermarket ecu to a piggy back.

    also, get this!

I would certainly look into full aftermarket rather than piggyback or fuel only adjusters. You'll want the flexibility to remove the AFM, dial as much timing into the low / mid range of this thing as possible to try and make some useable power down lower in the rev range, and possibly use the boost control to try and limit the ramp rate of the turbo to take some of the harshness out of it.
It is still most likely to be a pure slut to drive, make a mockery of the MA61 chassis, and be slower than a car with a turbo half as big, making 2/3rds of the power.
Sorry if I sound negative, and whilst if you can actually get this thing to work, I'd love to see it, I think there needs to be more thought put into matching components and desired goals.
As for patch loom, I think microtech was making them at one stage, though I could be wrong. Any good tuner / mechanic / auto eleccy / DIY bloke shouldn't have too much trouble with this though. Just make sure of ECU compatabilities with sensors, as some don't interface with the stock Toyota ignitor setup.
Can't swap the turbo for something more user friendly? Do you have an exhaust manifold yet or specific requirements for turbos?

ok boxhead thanks for your imput , im am considering ether a microtech lt12 package or a adaptronic 420c just waiting for some pricing and what not ,
do u guys think it is possible to run it on a safc2,Lexus afm, 550cc, from a budget side of things
    what turbo would u recommend with a t4 flange that's externally waste-gated/internally

Do you still have the standard exhaust manifold and turbo plumbing? To be honest, with that kind of power, it would probably be easier to highflow the CT26, and you'd get your 300 to 350HP at the tyres. This could also work with the AFM and SAFC (though I'd still think aftermarket is the way to go).

Otherwise if you have to stick with the new manifold, I'm not sure on small framed turbo's with a T4 flange - someone in the know might be able to help with this one. Otherwise, you can always adapt the T4 manifold to T3, and run a GT35 or similar for that power goal.
