The first TECCWA Annual General Meeting will be held on May 29th 2011, at 11:30 am. The venue will be Doug Edwards’ home at 28 Gertrude Ave, Champion Lakes with everyone welcome to attend. You are reminded that to vote or offer to stand for any office bearer position, you need to be a financial member of TECCWA at that time. If you would like to join or need to renew your membership on the day, please arrive from 10:30 onwards to finalize your membership.
The meeting itself will be as short as possible. We will discuss our previous twelve months including our incorporation briefly, outline our current financial position and vote on the members already nominated for their respective office bearer positions a show of hands. Voting forms for proxy voting will be issued via email or by mail on request only. The newly appointed President will then ask for any general business from the floor, before closing the meeting.
We will provide a light barbeque and light refreshments at nominal cost while Doug opens his shed to show off his collection of Toyotas for our viewing. We would appreciate your RSVP by Thursday May 26th for seating and catering purposes to [email protected] please.

I'm planning on being there Clint, will join up on the day. Worth it just to see Dougie's collection again! Plus I think I'll pay Graham for my spare stout and grab a few of the easy bits :-)
Cheers
