Wakefield Park Track Day - Friday May 20th!!

Yeah Garth, just cosmetic fortunately. We had a hailstorm here in January that damaged two of my Toyotas, despite throwing blankets on them etc.

All is not lost though, I always intended to give the Supra some fresh paint as part of the restoration to get it to how i'd be happy with, this just brings some of the work forward, so it will only be hanging panels to get sprayed down the track when i've got some more $$$ spare. Amazing to see what can be done by professionals in the Paintless Dent Repair industry too, especially on a black car, i'm super impressed, and means I don't have to worry about dodgy body filler repair issues in future.

Although I said at the last track day that I wouldn't be bringing the Rolla back out (after bettering the 1:12 flat that I always wanted to run), i'm sooooo tempted to come along to this day and do some easy laps, just for fun

Not 100% sure about Shano, I know he was keen as, but has missed heaps of motorsport/club stuff lately, with the car off the road for an extended period. I think maybe there's been too many episodes of AirWolf, Baywatch, Magnum P.I, Knight Rider and MacGyver keeping him occupied on the latest range of free to air TV stations

Found out today that I won't be getting a bunch of parts for my car back until Friday week at the earliest so that means yet again I'll have to miss another event. So fkn over it. Sorry Garth but you'll have to take my name off the list.
